What is
The WOMÄN Project
The Woman Project was born out of honest conversations between two women who realized something simple—but powerful.
The greatest wisdom in a woman’s life often comes from other women’s stories.
Not experts on a stage.
Not influencers online.
But women who have walked through fire, wrestled with faith, faced brokenness, and discovered who God is in the middle of it all.ll.
Scripture reminds us there is power in our stories—and power in our testimony.
At the heart of this community is this:
That every woman who enters this space experiences what so many of us once longed to feel..
Loved.
Wanted.
Known.
Accepted.
And deeply anchored in who God says she is.
Why This Exists
Today, women have access to more information, voices, and advice than ever before.
We read the books.
We follow the voices online.
We search for answers everywhere.
And somehow… we’re still figuring it out as we go.
Because there are still things we don’t talk about.
The questions that feel a little too real.
The struggles we try to hide.
The decisions we wish we could redo.
(And yes… some entire seasons.)
Through our podcast and blog, we talk about the funny, the messy, and the things most people don’t say out loud—
the ones we once thought we’d be judged for.
Not perfect.
Not polished.
And definitely not surface-level.
Just real.
Because that’s where connection happens.
That’s where healing starts.
That’s where you realize you’re not the only one.
And right in the middle of it—
God meets us there.
Because no woman was meant to walk this alone.
How We Actually Grow
Growth happens through honest conversations, shared wisdom, and a community rooted in faith—walking through every season together (yes, even those seasons).

Shared Stories
Some of the greatest wisdom comes from women who’ve already walked through what we’re just now facing.
Inside this community, stories get shared—the good, the hard, and the “I can’t believe I did that” moments
Every woman brings a story.
Every story has the power to strengthen another.
The Voices Behind
The WOMÄN Project
This didn’t start as a brand.
It started as conversations we probably should’ve had way earlier.
Somewhere between real life, real faith, and a lot of “are we the only ones thinking this?”…
we realized we weren’t.
So we stopped pretending to have it all together—
and started talking about the things most women feel, but don’t always say out loud.
The funny moments.
The messy ones.
The decisions we’d never recommend… but definitely learned from.
What started as friendship turned into something bigger—
a space where women can show up as they are, grow in their faith, and not feel alone while doing it.
These are the voices leading that conversation.

Founder
Iloka Deaton
lIonka is a wife, mom, and woman of deep faith who knows growth doesn’t come from having it all together—it comes from walking through real life with God in the middle of it. She’s passionate about helping women step into who they were created to be without the pressure to be perfect, and she believes real transformation happens when women get honest, share their stories, and stop doing life alone.

Founder
Summer Elliott
Summer is a wife, mom, and storyteller who isn’t afraid to talk about the things most people would rather skip over—the messy decisions, the hard seasons, and the moments we once felt ashamed of—because she believes those are often the very places God does His best work. Through real conversations and storytelling, she helps women see that nothing in their story is wasted.
